Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-08

Nopeway at nopeway.com is made and run by Softuki ("we"). By playing it you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The game

Nopeway is provided as is. We work to keep it running and fair, but can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may change or end features.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. You can delete your account at any time.

Fair play

No cheating: no bots, scripts, modified clients or exploiting bugs to post times. We may remove runs or accounts that break this rule.

Nicknames

Nicknames appear on public leaderboards. No offensive names, impersonation or personal data of others. We may change or remove a nickname.

Pro

Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing renews. It's tied to your account and works on every device you log in on. The price is shown before you pay. If a payment is refunded, Pro is turned off for that account. Pro means no ad breaks; you can still choose to watch an ad for a small reward (an extra revive in Endless), but you never have to.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
