Delete your account

You can delete your Nopeway account and its data at any time. It's permanent: there's no grace period and no way to bring the account back.

Log in with the account you want to delete, then press the button. We ask you to confirm first.

From the game

In the game, open the menu → You → Delete account. It brings you to this page.

What gets deleted

• Your account on our server: nickname and account id.
• Your login at Auth0, our login provider: your email and password, or the link to your Google or Apple account. Logging in again afterwards starts a new, empty account.
• Every run you uploaded (replays, times, tries), your best times and your places on all leaderboards (daily, Easy, Hard, Endless).
• Your Pro on this account. A one-time purchase isn't refunded when you delete the account.

What stays

• Payment records at RevenueCat and Stripe, if you bought Pro. We have to keep these for tax and accounting.
• Usage analytics and error reports stay in our history, no longer linked to an account. Email us if you want them removed too.
• What's saved on your device (settings, ships, local best times). Clear it from your browser's site data or by uninstalling the app.

Can't log in any more?

Email [email protected] from the address you log in with. We delete the account and its data and confirm by email.
